IT Support and Service Desk Operator

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an independent and hard working Service Desk Analyst to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, remote working basis. Our client will be looking for the ideal candidate to become an important part of their IT support team. This role will be working a 7am – 3pm shift.
Timely awareness of and impact on relevant support issues firm wide.
Provide technical support for the firms software including Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe, iManage, CRM Software.
