This company is a leading UK banking fin-tech offering an array of lending products, and financial education. This is an exciting time to join the business as they have constant growth projections and are looking to launch new products.
Leading the development and implementation of credit and pricing strategies for business lending products.
Continuously monitoring and optimising the performance of current strategies.
Driving initiatives to improve credit underwriting, accelerate growth, and manage portfolio risk.
Collaborating with teams across engineering, marketing, product, risk, and control to design and deliver strategic initiatives.
Developing and overseeing credit models to project cash flows and evaluate the net present value of new lending cohorts.
Assisting in the creation and deployment of new lending strategies by analysing data patterns and translating them into actionable insights.
Building, maintaining, and managing database tables and dashboards to provide insights and enable rapid, data-driven decision-making.
Evaluating the performance of lending portfolios for specific products over time.
Previous experience working in business lending.
Strong understanding of credit risk from acquisitions to collections.
Experience developing and deploying strategies and credit risk models.
SQL is essential, and Python/Looker is desirable.
Flexible working hours.
