Salary Competitive DOE + Bonus Global logistics company with over 30 years in the industry, based in Ipswich who are one of the UKs largest providers of logistics services are expanding their team and are looking for an experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to handle shipments from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who has a similar skills set, customs or from a shipping background.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CHRISTMAS BREAK CV'S WILL BE SCREENED BY THE CLIENT IN THE NEW YEAR
Daily communication with clients from shipping stage to final delivery
Day to day import ocean freight operations
Building and maintaining client relations for continued business with customers
Arranging final mile delivery requirements with our third-party suppliers, and in-house Transport, Fulfilment and Warehousing teams
Identifying clients who will benefit from using Compass (online tracking portal)
Competence in handling/submitting additional customs documentation, certificates or licences as required by regulatory bodies such as Port Health.
