Technical Services Manager
We are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to work for one the UK’s largest property management companies located at a large retail facility in Essex. The facility comprises mixed use commercial offices and retail outlets.
You will need to have a strong understanding of running a modern multi-storey commercial maintenance contract from the perspective of a property manager.
Duties of the Technical Services Manager
* Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service Provider
* Identify additional revenue streams through projects and contract enhancements.
* A Technical Services Manager with a Background and Experience
* Commercial Site Management or Contract Management
* M&E Facilities Management experience with a technical background.
* Building Services is not essential but experience within Electrical or Mechanical systems from another background would.
* You will be working very closely with the Regional Account Director so it will be a close management unit.
Your role as the new Technical Services Manager is to continue to develop the client relationship and drive up the efficiency and profitability, you will also take responsibility for the full P&L of the portfolio.
