Sales and Office Manager

TLP are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager to join a leading distributor based in Southampton
You will manage and lead the internal sales team at the branch, ensuring sales activities are maximised to help the branch exceed all sales and profit targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service levels.
Oversee all sales administration processing to ensure completed in a timely and efficient manner, utilising the relevant systems (CRM etc.)
Responsibility for setting and monitoring all individual and team targets, full performance management and development to include training and coaching; ensuring that the highest standards of sales support, administration and customer service are always maintained.
Take an active lead in developing existing accounts, seeking and capitalising upon opportunities to up-sell across the product portfolio whilst encouraging the team to do the same. The ideal candidate will be an experienced internal sales office professional who has experience of managing a small team within a fast-paced environment.
