Bid Writing Manager

Project Manager (Proposals)
We are recruiting for a Project Manager (Proposals) to join our Southern regional team. You will focus on winning submissions for projects across South London and the South East. Leading first-stage tenders, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bids that will impress our customers. Working flexibly from home and from one of our offices ( based in Weybridge, Dartford and Farnborough), you will have a passion for creating high quality bids and do not need to have worked in construction previously but must be able to demonstrate the skills and capabilities outlined below:
Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid.
Strong writing skills – able to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids.
Project management skills – able to meet the proposal deadline and coordinate the input of multiple team members.
English literature or journalism degree or equivalent qualification.
