Role: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Senior Administrator

Fixed Term (18-24 months)
Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts Payable/Receivable function as well as proactively providing effective stakeholder relationships of key internal customers.

Complete Sales Ledger daily cash book and allocate bank receipts
-Process new credit account applications
-Liaise with Sales Force in the resolution of customer problems and queries
-Credit management and control of the customer deductions and invoice process
-Assisting with the weekly payment run
-Process employee expenses in line with the T&E policy
-Assisting with the weekly payment run
-Taking ownership of the accounts payable process; including maintenance and accuracy of the payable ledgers
Intermediate Excel and analytical skills are a must, along with strong IT systems/data manipulation skills
-Proven experience in both Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Good communication skills - ability to communicate appropriately at all levels to both Finance and non-Finance colleagues
-Experience of working in SAP environment would be preferred
-Experience with project management and digitalisation/automation of AP and AR processes
