This is a full-time remote role for a Specification Sales Manager A&D covering the Northern England Region. The Specification Sales Manager will be responsible for working with clients, architects, lighting consultants, and distributors to promote and sell Franklite's products. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, managing accounts, providing product knowledge, and driving sales growth in this region.

Sales and business development skills
~ Task management – arranging appointments, meeting deadlines and concise reports
~ Client Relationship Management (CRM) and negotiation skills
~ Ability to work independently and remotely
~Providing a consultancy-based approach to sales
~ Attend industry events, networking, present presentations, including product demonstrations (lunch and learn), training and CPD seminars
~ Full driving licence
~ Strong organisational and time-management skills
~ Visit project sites
