Commercial Administrator

Job Summary
This individual will work closely with the Governance and Control Manager in providing Quality Assurance of all commercial documentation that goes out to clients / partners. They will also be required to maintain effective relationships with all internal stakeholders across the business.
This is a 12m FTC position.
What you’ll be doing:
- To assist the Governance and Control Manager with regular MI reporting activities
- To assist the Governance and Control Manager in the daily facilitation and production of Statements of Work, Proposals, Change Requests and Partner Services Agreements
- To assist in the onboarding of professional services partners
Here's what we're looking for:

- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Applications e.g. Microsoft Word (in particular stylesheets, formatting, presentation), Excel and SharePoint

- Excellent command of the English written language
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated, pro-active and assertive
- Good time management and good planning skills
