Join Our Team as a Risk Manager Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of environmental projects? We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our dynamic Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team in beautiful Bridgwater . You'll play a crucial role in our major environmental initiative, the Bridgwater Tidal Barrier . Location & Working Conditions Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - primarily office-based with some flexibility for home working. Hours: 40 hours per week - we offer flexibility, so let us know your preferences when we chat Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Your Responsibilities As our Risk Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in line with our contract's governance and objectives (ISO 31000:2009). Your day-to-day tasks will include: Facilitating workshops to explore risks, opportunities, and lessons learned. Managing daily risk activities, including identification, prioritization, register management, action planning, and monitoring. Producing periodic risk reports covering risk expenditure, impacted risks, drawdown, and changes in risk exposure. What We're Looking For This role is perfect for you if you have: Experience with Enterprise Risk Management software tools. A background in delivering risk management throughout the project lifecycle, supporting investment decisions and implementation phases. An understanding of contracts and the interplay between risk management and various management functions, including project management, change control, planning & scheduling, and cost & commercial management.
