Area to be covered: South Central Postcodes: OX, SN, RG, SO, GU, PO, HP, LU, SL, TW, KT, SW, W, NW, N, EN, WD, HA, AL Remuneration: £35,000 negotiable depending on experience + £18,000 bonus Benefits: BMW / VW Golf or similar company car & comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager

Floor & Wall Panels will involve: Field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured floor & wall panelling systems Majority of your time will be focused on selling directly into the distribution channels via national merchants and independent merchants, national buying groups, showrooms and retailers such as: City Plumbing, Travis Perkins, Wolseley, Huws Gray, Buildbase, NBG and UKPS Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team Will be managing circa 250-300 Average order value can range anything between £100-£50k Working closely with customer service team and marketing staff to maximise revenue The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager

Floor & Wall Panels with: Must have worked for OR sold to national merchants, independent merchants, national buying groups, showrooms and retailers Ideally from a showroom or retailers selling similar products not essential Open on products sold as long as a construction / building product Would look at someone with no merchant experience if youve to a mixed route to market via contractors and distribution Ideally selling a KBB however open to any building product such as: panels, panelling, bathroom products, kitchens, wall coverings, tiles, floor, paint, wall tiles, wallpaper (very open on products sold) Ideally have knowledge or sold to social housing, housing associations, developers, specifiers main contractors, sub-contractors (not essential) If you know the products you dont have to be from a sales background Hungry, approachable and strong planning skills Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within: Wall & Floor Panels, Panelling, Laminates, Panel Systems, Building Boards, Construction, Construction Products,Building Products, Vinyl Floors, Interior Cladding Systems, Waterproof Panels, Tiles, National Merchants, Independent Merchants, Buying Groups, Trade, Retailers, Retail, Showrooms, Area Sales, Field Sales, Sales Rep
