You will hold a cased of 5 women and work in partnership with external agencies. You will provide emotional and practical support which includes safety planning, risk assessing, maximising income, Budgeting and Housing. We are looking for an empathetic, dedicated and resilient female who is passionate in ending violence towards women and girls. Eager to support vulnerable, marginalised women and children to re-build their lives and reach their full potential.
As a Complex Needs Support Worker at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Domestic Abuse Service. Complex needs support worker will have allocated service users to carry out 1:1 support session.
You will oversee housing maintenance regarding repairs and following health and safety guidelines.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Knowledge of domestic abuse, substance misuse, sex working and mental health.
