Role Overview:

Enjoy three months of commission support to aid in your transition.
Sell new Maxus vans, Approved Used MercedesBenz, and nonfranchise vans.
Provide exceptional vanbuying experiences for customers.
Establish rapport to understand customer needs.
Follow sales procedures diligently, maintaining accurate customer records.
Engage in proactive prospecting and followup, including personalised videos.
Meet monthly sales targets for both new and used vans.
Ensure positive customer outcomes for finance and additional products, conduct test drives, and accurately appraise partexchanges.
