Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of equipment and machinery.
Assisting with planned shut-downs and project work, refurbishing machines and replacing worn parts.
Assist in developing the agility maintenance system
Ensure machine safety standards are upheld and critical spares are maintained
Anyone with mechanical skills in some of these areas would be highly desirable, along with working in a mechanical maintenance role. Completed a recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or hold Mechanical Engineering qualifications
Experience with mechanical maintenance work within an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
Any experience of belts, chains, bearings, pumps, motors, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, workshops skills (lathes and/or mills) would be desirable - training and support can be given on some areas
