Business Applications Manager

Our Heathcare client is on the lookout for an experienced and self-motivated Business Applications Manager to spearhead our internal IT system strategy. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in CRM, Project Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales tools, as well as system architecture design and API integration.
Day to Day of the Role:- Implement and manage a new company-wide system strategy.
- Gather requirements from department heads and design & implement solutions.
- Design and implement an overarching data flow strategy.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of business-critical applications.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to align with business goals.
- Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct data migration and thorough testing of developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
- Leadership experience with both people and project management.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Development.
- Experience with API integrations and tools such as Postman.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio & Dev Ops.
- Proficiency in C#, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
- Skilled in Power BI and Office 365 Applications.
