As part of a collabarative, partner-led team, you will be working with various employers and senior employees with a wide range of employment issues. They work across a myriad of sectors including media, fashion, hospitality, and financial services, etc.
Advising clients (predominantly employers) on all types of employment law and workplace matters
Assisting clients with advice for Employment Tribunal claims, including preparing evidence and client witnesses.
TUPE matters, due diligence for corporate transactions, executive level employment matters, drafting employee handbooks, settlement agreements and injunction work.
Assisting with employment updates and preparing articles for the website/ LinkedIn
Attending networking events and a keen interest in participation in the firm’s marketing and BD initiatives.
Continually keep yourself abreast of legal updates and changes.
Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in Employment law.
Strong academic background (a 2:1 degree or equivalent).
A passion for Employment Law and a desire to develop within this field and role.
Demonstrate previous participation in business development/ networking, and building strong
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and affinity with systems.
