Implementing a new approach to support people who are using lots of unplanned services but no one partner has been able to solve their problems

You will have a track record of working in partnership within a complex network of organisations to design and deliver a service safely and effectively. You will be comfortable and capable at building trusted and collaborative relationships.
You will be passionate about championing improvements to how we support people and leading improvements to services, processes and policies as needed
