Overtime opportunities Main Duties:

Maintain facilities to the standards outlined by the client.
Perform planned, preventative, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks.
Performing PAT testing competently.
Carry out building fabric tasks from minor plumbing, joinery and HVAC tasks.Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
