Managing and efficient delivery of a site project portfolio
Effectively control and manage project schedules and budgets in order to meet Site and Business objectives
Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and expectations, with a proactive attitude to supporting/delivering business needs and requirements
Providing valuable leadership and team management with a commitment to Safety, Health & Environment within a Construction Design Management (CDM) environment
Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks – Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations
Project Management experience
Supply Chain Management experience

Life Cycle & Requirements management
Project Finance, Funding and Business Case
Risk and Opportunity management
Business Change management (incl Performance Measurement Baseline Change Request)

You will be directing a team of project managers in the delivery of site related projects. This is a dynamic role with many moving parts to develop skills in, and be within a growing business area and will provide a lot of opportunities to work on exciting and complex infrastructure type projects.
