Salary: From £50,000 dependent on experience

What you'll be doing

You will be leading all project phases and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with company and departmental quality proceduresWorking within a diverse internal network of teams and external customersCollaborating with other team members & stakeholders to ensure success in your and your colleagues' projectsDeveloping project proposals, rough order of magnitude estimates for new requirements working collaboratively with the business and IM&T (Information Management and Technology)Delivering best value and customer satisfaction by managing relationships with a range of functions within the businessYou will be providing budgetary and financial controlDeveloping project plans and identifying and managing the associated risk and dependencies of risk assessmentCreating investments cases together with project sponsors and progressing these through the organisation funding processesEnsuring the successful mobilisation and handover from deliveryYour skills and experiences:

Essential:

You will need to have experience within the end-to-end delivery of projects - from initial scoping through to delivery and handoverExperience in project controls, project management, and change management (tools, techniques, and practices)You will be required to have experience of managing risks and mitigating them effectivelyDesirable:

Have confident in using and applying the early stages of project lifecycle - especially scoping, shaping and estimating new workExcellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to communicate with and influence complex internal & external stakeholder groupsHave a good ability to manage financial data and budgetsBenefits:

The Project Management team:

The Product Fulfilment team is one of four Product Groups within the IM&T function. Product Fulfilment is responsible for providing the IT capabilities that are required by the core delivery functions of the business (such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Delivery), and those which support it (such as HR and Finance).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team, foster new and existing relationships across a large Enterprise and deliver Projects that improve the Build, Test & Commissioning of Submarines.
