As a globally integrated sector practice, Sheffield Haworth’s Consulting & Professional Services team has extensive experience partnering with clients including global brands and emerging, high growth, early-stage investor-backed businesses in the Management Consulting, Technology Services, Business Services and Professional Services sectors.

The team are looking for a proactive and innovative Associate who will be responsible for all aspects of research and supporting delivery of client engagements. Associates provide support to their consultant(s) in the following capacity:

Telephone Research
A Curious and Inquisitive Attitude - Mapping the ‘universe’ for an assignment by networking extensively on the telephone with sources and candidates. As required deliver Research & Advisory projects on topics such as perception analysis, compensation, diversity and headcount, team structures, product analysis.
Blue Sky Thinking – Not being afraid to make suggestions on how to improve our service offering to both candidates and clients.
Keeping your finger on the pulse of updated industry news regarding clients and key developments in the market.
Prior experience of working within the Consulting and Professional Services sector is essential.
Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority, both verbally and in writing.
Strong technology office application skills e.g. PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet skills including production of presentations, reports, charts and graphical analysis.
