Dentons Global Advisors (DGA) is looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate with a passion for corporate, financial and crisis communications, to join our growing team. Senior Associates primary role is to support DGA’s corporate communication accounts, joining an exciting new team advising high-profile clients on how to develop and execute cutting edge communication strategies, build positive relationships with key audiences and create moments to help client organisations to successfully tell their story and deliver their objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to be a part of an expert-led advisory firm that provides integrated solutions for our clients in an increasingly complex, regulated and interconnected business environment. Comprising Albright Stonebridge Group and a deep bench of communications, public affairs, government relations and strategy consultants, we help clients engage with governments and regulatory bodies, navigate public disclosures and transactions within the private and capital markets, and manage their reputations through critical moments of change, challenge, or opportunity. **In this role, you will**:
Work collaboratively with a group of experts within a flat organizational structure where everyone pitches in

Be part of a core team focused on advising companies in highly regulated industries on high-stakes, event-driven financial and corporate positioning matters including but not limited to, crisis communications, litigation communications, transaction advisory, restructuring, and leadership transitions

Conduct research, develop an array of client-specific content and contribute to fast-paced projects on some of the most mission-critical issues a company can face

Take a leading role in creating communications plans and content that reach and gain the support of key audiences relevant to our strategy and client’s business objectives

Hone your skills as a problem solver, comfortable operating independently and seeking counsel at the appropriate time

Regularly serve in client-facing capacity

Contribute to firm development initiatives

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent and relevant work experience

3+ years of experience in a strategic communications role, from an agency or in-house, or the capabilities of someone of that level of experience

Comfortable dealing with the most senior people within an organization

Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills

Highly collaborative working style

Proven research skills, including experience with and/or ability to learn financial research tools
