Staff guidance for personal and professional development.
Scheduled performance assessments, feedback, including use of corporate tools e.g. Career Hub.
Probation management.
Supporting in promotion assessments and readiness preparation.
Recognising and acting on exceptional performance e.g. raising recognition awards and organising other bonus arrangements.
Checking on staff wellbeing and actively supporting or signposting appropriately.
Leave and absence management.
Dealing effectively and sympathetically with professional, personal, and disciplinary issues, including Performance Improvement Plans.
Leaver management, including return of assets.
Support and take part in staff recruitment/interviews.
People management and assessment skills.
Coaching, conflict management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
