Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for clients in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory payments.
- Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from clients, employees, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.
Required
- Previous experience in payroll processing within practice is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
