The Senior Legal Counsel will hold the following responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the business.
Managing legal risk within the business and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Drafting, negotiating and interpreting commercial contracts.
Advising on legal aspects of the company's strategic projects.
Supporting the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Participating in the development of corporate policies, procedures and programs.
The successful candidate for the Senior Legal Counsel position should have:
A degree in law and a current practising certificate.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Be able to support more junior team members.
This in an ongoing interim position.
Hybrid working is available as well as parking on site. #
