The Technology Solutions (TS) Projects team requires a Lead Business Analyst (BA) to manage a team of Business Analysts. The BA team is responsible for running workshops, leading requirements gathering and analysis, and shaping continuous improvement activity.
Reporting into the Head of Technology Portfolio Planning and Delivery, the BA team ensures that business benefits will be delivered to our stakeholders across the Museum through enhanced use of technology and improved business processes.
In this newly created role you will utilise your experience to build and develop an effective ‘Centre of Excellence’ (CoE) for Business Analysis. The Lead Business Analyst will be expected to work on analysis activities at a Museum strategic level, as well as across projects and programmes. You are proactive and flexible using your initiative to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
You have considerable relevant work experience with technology and digital systems, and proven experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
