Oversee the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports. Manage the day-to-day workload of engineers and technical staff, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Build positive relationships with clients and project teams, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Provide leadership and support to your team, promoting best practices and a culture of excellence. Stay updated on industry developments and contribute to the professional growth of your team. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if you: Are a Chartered member of relevant professional institutions (e.g., CEng MICE) with practical industry experience.
