The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer

As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will:

Lead the delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across a variety of sectors and complex projects.
Take responsibility for client engagement, developing long-term relationships and supporting new business opportunities in the region.
Support with mentorship of junior grades working collaboratively with the team in helping to shape their professional development.
Play an instrumental role in establishing and growing the Birmingham office.
Ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation.About You / The Principal Fire Engineer

We are looking for:

A proven track record in fire engineering, with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment.
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with IFE or a similar body.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others.
The ambition to be part of a consultancy at an exciting stage of growth.What's on Offer?

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + monthly target related bonus
