Key Responsibilities:
Commercial delivery of projects – to time and on budget, through effective valuations, forecasting revenue, managing handover, ensuring budget sufficient for works, controlling expenditure sign off including prelims, labour, subcontractors & suppliers, monitoring & tracking costs, protecting GP, owning purchasing decisions, signing off payment applications. Identify and resolve with clients any variations.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience – ensuring the ‘Harmony experience’ is delivered through great communication, building positive relationships, resolving issues promptly and ensuring team & subcontractors deliver to the client and Harmony’s expectations.
People management – recruitment, onboarding/induction, addressing issues, ensuring the team is engaged and productive, team training and progression, manage performance, utilisation of people especially direct labour.
Quality control –, works are certifiable and compliant, and to an exceptional standard meeting expectations as set out by Harmony and the requirements of the client. Regular spot checking and auditing of works and sites, ensuring work delivered to the highest standard and certifications when project completed.
Process Management – adherence to all statutory and Harmony processes and procedures – making sure all in the team do the same.
Health and safety – responsible for the implementation of the Harmony H&S policy. Ensuring all work on sites is conducted in a safe manner through induction, regular training and auditing.
External Supplier Management – management of costings, procurement of material and management of labour including sourcing subcontractors as appropriate.
Managing communication – clarity of communication with clients and regular, clear communication with the Pre-Con team and supply chain clearly translating expectations and progress. This role manages the delivery relationship with the client.

Qualifications/ Experience:
~3+ years’ experience in construction project management
~ Experience of running multiple projects to time and on budget.
~ BM Trada qualification desirable
~ Excellent planning, budgeting and prioritisation skills.
~ First class written and verbal communication skills
