We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead on product development, product support and regulatory management. Working closely with sales, customers and production, you will form a pivotal part of the Technikraft Team.

You’ll be ready to lead team of 4, be hands on, and excited by being a part of the broader commercial process. Technikraft manufacture consumer and industrial products, ranging from lubricants to hard surface cleaners. Experience in HI&I is preferred, but other industrial chemistries may be applicable.

Regulatory management – ensuring product comply with relevant regulations, and managing customer queries e.g. CLP, REACH, Cosmetics Regulation, Detergents Regulation, etc. Reviewing regulatory horizon to ensure future compliance and identifying upcoming risks.
~ Line management – leading a team of two development chemists and the QC Lab team.
~ Production support – working with operations team to react to production challenges
~ Raw Material Management – managing and refining management of raw material data. COSHH – working with SHEQ Manager to ensure appropriate documentation to support all chemicals handed on site
