About Our Client

Our client is an establishedFMCG business based in West London looking to recruit a managementaccountant into their established finance team.

JobDescription

The key responsibilities of this roleinclude: * Responsibility for maintaining the full AP administration;not limited to reconciliations, creating payment runs and correctionaccounting. * Preparation of VAT Return workings and associatedreconciliations.* Supplier data management on NetSuite includingpayments terms, credit limits, contact details.* Creating time line todeliver the monthly close process timeously in conjunction withFinancial Accountant, analysing ledger transactions and preparingmonth end journals.* Cash flow management & planning in conjunctionwith Finance Accountant.* Enhancing current processes, andimplementation of more robust processes to streamline AP and financefunction.* Ensuring that all accounting entries are supported byworking papers for analytical review and audit.* Completing accountreconciliations to review and clear balance sheet control accounts ona monthly basis, maintaining appropriate documentation to support theaudit.* Supporting the CFO and Finance Accountant in the planning,preparation, and delivery of monthly reporting, statutory reports,publications, internal and external audits, and the Annual Report andAccounts within agreed timetables.* Working closely across departmentswith clear, concise communications to ensure supplier payments aremade on a timely basis

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have: * Must have hadsignificant exposure and responsibility for the above* Practice andCommercial experience ideal* Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred, butstrong ERP skills are a must.* Very strong English, both written andspoken* Attention to detail and being proactive takingresponsibility.* Ability to work on their own initiative and within ateam.* Manage workload to hit all deadlines.
