Telesales Executive
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base through outbound telesales campaigns and account management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Manage and grow the customer base through outbound telesales campaigns and account management.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times.
Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
Confidently qualify prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Close deals over the telephone in a professional manner.
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role preferred.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Confidence in qualifying prospects and closing deals over the telephone.
