About the Role

In this role at Builder.ai, you will play a key role in driving business planning, generating insights, and achieving operational excellence within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Analytics. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimising operations and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes. They should possess a strong analytical mindset, be consultative in their approach, and have experience working with senior stakeholders from diverse business and technical backgrounds. 

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can deliver results against tight deadlines. A passion for scaling revenue operations and a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive business growth is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Builder.ai management to ensure data driven decisions and optimise resources for growth and ROI
  • Conduct thorough business analyses to identify critical growth opportunities and cost efficiency improvements
  • Develop and implement robust plans and KPIs at various levels to drive success
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable process improvements within revenue operations
  • Lead critical projects and initiatives from inception to completion
  • Spearhead core operations projects, including setting quarterly and annual goals
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver key objectives
  • Develop and execute GoToMarket strategies for new markets or products
  • Lead operational reviews to monitor progress on organisational goals and priorities
  • Drive key leadership meetings to facilitate alignment on main issues and opportunities
  • Recommend and implement new systems to enhance team productivity
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics or a relevant quantitative field. MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in business / strategic planning, revenue operations and/or relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on B2B technology / SaaS 
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and GTM strategies and processes
  • Track record of identifying, leading and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies 
  • Strong project management skills gained from roles in management consulting or strategic planning teams within technology companies
  • Proactive and autonomous work approach, thriving in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities, capable of leading quantitative analyses and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Superior Excel / Google sheet analysis skills including modelling. Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Qlik
  • Strong leadership, influence, and execution skills across all cross-functional levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. CRM implementation experience a plus
