This pivotal role will be instrumental in generating corporate and group bookings, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our reputation as a premier event and dining destination.
Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualise, plan, and execute a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences and business meetings to private celebrations and social gatherings. This includes managing all logistical aspects, such as venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and entertainment.
This involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded. Demonstrated success in event planning and sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on corporate and group bookings.
Organisational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
