We are looking for a Business Director for one of the most reputed brand agencies in Ireland. Partnering with ambitious clients across industries and regions, the company transforms brands to create meaningful connections with a global audience. In this role, you'll spearhead client relationships, fostering strategic initiatives and managing projects and campaigns. We are looking for a natural leader to help the company get to the next level.

Oversee a portfolio of accounts as the senior client contact, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
Develop compelling presentations and pitch decks that effectively convey strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients.
Act as a mentor and leader for the Accounts Team, offering guidance, support, and inspiration to cultivate their growth and success.
Drive new business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base and generate increased revenue.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles, ideally within an agency with digital experience or a similar environment.
Experience managing a sales or accounts team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans across various digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of numbers, adept at extracting insights from data and making informed decisions.
Highly knowledgeable about digital marketing tools and platforms, leveraging technology to optimize campaigns.
Natural leadership abilities, adopting a hands-on approach and taking ownership of projects.
Maintains an ambitious mindset with a passion for continuous personal and professional development.
