Ecommerce Paid Social Manager

Paradigm is growing fast, and we're hiring an Ecommerce Paid Social Manager to manage our clients Meta ad accounts.
You will be responsible for managing the Meta ad accounts of DTC e-commerce clients from a range of different niches. Strategise, ideate, and build Meta advertising campaigns spending up to £5k per day in some instances.
• Provide expertise on current eCommerce best practices, including Paid media, creative, Conversion rate optimisation, shopify, analytics platforms, landing pages, product strategy, bundles, and more.
• Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices of tomorrow through training, research, etc;
• You need at least 1 years of experience running Meta Ads for D2C e-commerce brands.
You need to be passionate about paid ads/ marketing/ e-commerce. If not, you must have experience within an e-commerce brand.
A solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce as a whole.
You must have skin in the game and be able to hold yourself accountable at all times.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts/clients
Extensive knowledge of advertising on social media platforms (FB/IG/TikTok)
You're looking to build a career in a marketing agency.
You're both creative and analytical in your approach.
30 holidays + birthday off
~ All training will be provided, as well as a budget for development
~ Hybrid role, 3 days at home and 1-2 days in the office located in Deansgate, Manchester.
