Interim Workday Analyst (12-month FTC) Salary: £35K - £40k DOE Contract: 12-month fixed term Location: Middleton, Manchester (hybrid and flexible) Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours Our client is seeking a dedicated Interim Workday Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual employee satisfaction surveys, managing payroll in conjunction with the Finance team, and advising on pay and other remuneration issues. Opportunity to develop expert knowledge of HR processes within a leading organisation Key role in managing professional HR services and contributing to recruitment and induction processes Responsibility for conducting annual employee satisfaction surveys and managing payroll What you'll do: As an Interim Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with developing an expert understanding of the company's HR processes, managing professional HR services, and playing a key role in recruitment and induction. Your responsibilities will also include conducting an annual employee satisfaction survey, managing payroll alongside the Finance team, advising on pay and other remuneration issues. You will also have a significant role in learning and career development within the organisation. Develop expert knowledge of the company's HR processes and apply this knowledge to advise colleagues and suppliers Manage provision of a professional HR service, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained Work with practice boards to understand future talent needs and develop succession plans for critical roles Conduct an annual employee satisfaction survey, interpret the results, and present findings to the leadership team Manage payroll in conjunction with the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payments Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, conducting an annual benchmark of the remuneration and benefits package Manage the agency's CDR process, assist with the development of the annual training plan, and provide guidance on development to managers and their teams Review agency policies and procedures for compliance with current legislation and HR best practice Provide expert counsel on all employee relation issues What you bring: The ideal Interim Workday Analyst will bring a wealth of experience in managing HR processes within a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, with proven experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and interpreting results. Your proficiency in managing payroll systems will be key to ensuring accurate and timely payments. With knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practices, you will ensure compliance across all HR policies and procedures. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to provide expert counsel on all employee relation issues.
