You will be the 1st escalation point for the IT Support team, ensuring the security, support and guidance of IT Support.
Handle first and second line IT support and collaborate with third line support.
Write specifications for the purchase and upgrade of computers and related products, assisting in the development of long-term strategies and capacity planning for future desktop/laptop needs.
Diagnose reported infrastructure problems and implement appropriate resolutions with accurate documentation, where necessary escalating to the IT Infrastructure Engineer.
Undertake small to medium size IT projects which may include 2nd line support, for example relating to network, servers, security, cloud, and D365.
