Can you make a positive difference… The team you will join work within a very dynamically changing environment, providing you with the opportunity to establish and embed new ways of working collaboratively across our Hub based structure; you will cover 3 sites including, Spire Hartswood, London East and The Wellesley. You will join a national team comprising 13 other Sales & Business Development Directors, working closely with the local Hub Hospital Director, reporting to the National Sales & Business Development Director with key aspects of this exciting role including:

  • Leading, managing and supporting the Hub Hospital business development, marketing and primary care teams to deliver on activity and revenue targets
  • Working closely with a wide range of key stakeholders to design, plan and grow market share
  • Using data and market insight to track, evaluate and improve the sales and conversion contribution of all payors groups within HUB hospitals
  • Mapping new and incremental business opportunities to deliver in-year and build future business plans for new services, local partnerships etc. across your Hub
  • Supporting your Hospital Directors to build key Consultants' practices, alongside identifying new Consultants to practice at our hospitals
  • Supporting hospital senior management teams to understand their market and lead in the design and delivery of an overarching Business development plan for the Hub ensuring the right teams deliver revenue targets'
