Based in Milton Keynes and Leicester, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand our business within the region.
Identify New Business Opportunities: Generate Leads: Proactively generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying new market trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the bedroom and kitchen design sector.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the home improvement, interiors, or design industry.
Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
Knowledge of Milton Keynes Market: Familiarity with the local market and key business opportunities within the Milton Keynes area.
Understanding of bedroom and kitchen design, installation processes, and associated products is a plus.
22-25,000 basic plus performance-based bonuses
