Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media Glasgow – North East - Hybrid
We are excited to introduce a new Digital Marketing Specialist role within a thriving Ecommerce business in the Northeast of Glasgow, part of a well-known portfolio of leading Glasgow brands. This role is key as the company scales its Ecommerce operations, building on a successful foundation with a turnover exceeding £4 million. With ambitious projects underway, including a re-platforming and relaunch of their Ecommerce website, the business is geared up for significant growth.

This position will report into the Ecommerce Manager, with a particular emphasis on Paid Advertising. This role is perfect if you are passionate and excited about helping to shape the future of a growing Ecommerce business and making a substantial impact.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for driving and executing paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance and delivering measurable results. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to specialize in paid advertising while harnessing a passion for data-driven marketing. Optimize campaigns regularly to enhance performance and meet key objectives.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to align marketing and business strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Align content across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand message.

Strong analytical and reporting skills for assessing campaign performance.
Understanding of SEO and copywriting to boost organic traffic is advantageous.
Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Hybrid working, initially 1 day during embedding period which will then rise.
