**Your Opportunity**

As a Junior SEO Copywriter, you'll support the crafting and execution of high-performing cross-channel campaigns that drive results and transform our clients' businesses.

You'll be at the heart of our content creation process, crafting engaging copy that not only resonates with our B2B clientele but also dominates search engine results. You'll work closely with our marketing and web design teams to ensure our content meets the highest standards of SEO and user experience.

**Where you’ll work**

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of attending client meetings in and around Glasgow. You'll also have access to city centre co-working spaces and cutting-edge meeting rooms (oh, and there’s free coffee). You will be expected to spend the majority of your working week in the office during your probationary period.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Craft compelling and SEO-optimised content for various digital platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Understand and align with our clients’ brand and SEO goals to produce impactful copy.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and updates to ensure content is always ahead of the curve.
- Work independently and manage your content pipeline to meet tight deadlines.

**Must-Haves**:

- A minimum of 1 year of copywriting experience, with a keen eye for detail.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to weave keywords into content naturally.
- A proactive and self-starting attitude with the capability to manage your workload efficiently.

**Ideally, You Will Have**:

- Passionate about B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Experienced in high-growth or start-up environments.
- Experience with WordPress and the ability to navigate the CMS with ease.
- A proven track record in SEO blog writing and the ability to self-edit to ensure crisp, clear, and error-free content.

**Salary**
- Starting salary of £22,500, rising to £25,000 after a 6-month probation period.
