Our wonderful client, a boutique Wealth Management firm near Reigate is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator. Role is 100% office based in probation period then move on to a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week for full-time employees, to be implemented training.
To offer financial planning support to advisers, paraplanners and the practice to ensure the client receives high quality financial advice. Primarily prepare for client meetings, manage and process all aspects of pre-sale and post-sale administration to ensure cases are chased through pipeline as quickly as possible. Presale administration completed, adding clients’ information to intelligent office database, Creating and updating Wealth Report
LOAs and Policy information checklists
Basic report writing, to include Fund Switches, Reviews, New money etc
New Business and Review Case administration, submission of applications to providers, online and complete manual application forms, ensure case is in force as soon as possible.
Assist specialist paraplanner with investment strategy administration where required.
Assist with general administration duties when colleagues are absent.
Minimum of 12 months - 2 years’ experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment
GCSE English & Math’s (C or above)
Understand the financial planning process
Analytical and ability to interpret data
