Client Insights Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Brand team in the London office and work across various clients, using data to share actionable insights that aid brand perception and strategies.
The role is with an insights and research agency, well-known for how they help clients across the retail and FMCG space. Using data-driven insights to make a significant difference to their clients, this business is the driving force behind a variety of projects that you can get stuck into.
As the Client Insights Manager, you will be working on exciting projects, such as:
Using technology and data to inform brand perception of clients
Sharing brand guidance and insights into competitors
Delivering brand strategies to clients on how they can improve and adapt to their market
Executing research using quant and qual methods to then build a solution for the client
Have experience of understanding data and using this to drive your insights
Have an analytical mind for your data work, being data literate
Excellent communication skills for data storytelling and liaising with clients and stakeholders
Have previous experience in client management, brand work and insights
Have specific experience in brand tracking, brand health, brand equity
Have experience in research methodologies, quant/qual and surveys
Hybrid working - twice a week in the London office
