We are currently seeking a full-time Broker to help continue build out of our offering within Structured Risk. We expect the candidate to be involved in business planning and will look for them to work with the existing team to help continue shaping an overall Global Strategy for group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has made impressive strides in a short period of time and has an exciting runway + significant headroom with considerable opportunities to grow and develop. The remit is broad and will span across both Insurance and Reinsurance Lines of Business covering Large and Complex single risk, Facilities and Reinsurance (Proportional, and Non-Proportional).  Help arrange and participate in marketing meetings i.e. client roadshows, virtual meetings etc. 
Help prepare and check market presentations and client documentation as appropriate. 
Assist the team with ongoing development, maintenance, and co-ordination around pipeline prospects – accurately maintaining WTW CRM & RAFT systems in order to assist with Business Planning and Forecasting. 
Assist with the loading of data into the relevant WTW Systems. 
Work with Client Relationship Directors, Account Executives, Brokers, Sales, Marketing, and the Structured Risk team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing of placements.
Participate in information gathering exercises and ad-hoc market analysis. 
Understand, apply and where necessary explain WTW policies and procedures. 
Ability to assimilate and apply large volumes of data and information and draw conclusions.
Negotiation skills coupled with the ability to be flexible and innovative.
Good IT skills with good Excel usage capability
