Job Description

Role – Affiliate Marketing Manager

Salary – DOE

Location – Manchester

Work Pattern – On site – 5 days a week

Oscar Digital have partnered with a fully integrated creative and digital marketing agency that are urgently looking to expand their Manchester team. This agency operate in a way like no other and have a significant awards portfolio to demonstrate their excellence. Based on Ad Spend, this agency rank in the Top 10 globally

As the Affiliate Manager you will be focusing on Account Management of one of their international clients, creating and leading affiliate activity, whilst developing and executing strategy in line with targets and objectives.

A self-disciplined mindset, drive, and determination are essential for success in this position. Being a proactive, highly driven, and organized team member, you will enjoy and be able to adapt to a variety of personalities, making it possible for you to handle a busy and varied workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify affiliate opportunities, in line with company values and objectives.
  • Use multiple affiliate platforms to monitor, report and feedback performance.
  • Report on a regular basis, demonstrating KPI’s.
  • Leading and attending client meetings, to build relationships and discuss performance.
  • Ensure work is completed to a time and cost effective manner.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working within the cosmetic/skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of onboarding affiliates.
