Role: Affiliate Manager | iGaming
Location: Remote
Experience: At least 3 years affiliation experience, ideally in the iGaming/Sports betting sector
Salary: £46k + excellent benefits
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Affiliate Manager with a flexible mindset and extensive knowledge of the iGaming market to join one of the fastest growing online gaming operators in the world. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you'll be building and nurturing strong relationships with top affiliate partners and working closely with internal stakeholders and, amongst other things you'll be:
- Monitoring market trends and providing analysis, while managing and optimising the affiliate channel.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with top affiliates, supporting them and adjusting commission structures based on performance and market needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute marketing promotions, improve campaigns, and proactively engage with new affiliates.
About you:
You are someone with prior experience in affiliation and a strong understanding of the iGaming affiliate market and its key players. You're a natural communicator, you're tech-savvy, have exceptional people and relationship-building skills, you can define, structure, and prioritise your workload. But, perhaps most importantly, you are someone with a passion for being part of building the future.
