About the role

We’re looking for polished, confident, and engaging individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused settings. You’ll be at the centre of everything, from greeting high-profile members and assisting with events to ensuring the space always feels inviting and impeccably run.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting members, visitors, and VIP guests with warmth and style
Managing enquiries and coordinating front-of-house operations seamlessly
Supporting the team with events, meetings, and daily logistics
Creating a world-class experience for everyone who walks through the door

You’ll be perfect for this if you:

Have experience in hospitality, luxury service, or performing arts (actors, dancers, cabin crew welcome)
