6.25 hours a week (1 hr 15 mins per day) – term time only
Required as soon as possible – salary scale B (point 2)

St Paul’s Church of England Primary School is a successful and popular primary school with its own nursery, situated close to the centre of Leamington Spa but in a semi-rural setting.

Our School’s vision is ‘Let the little children come to me’. This vision clearly highlights how inclusive we are as a school, and this was acknowledged in our most recent Ofsted report (November 2022). We are a one and a half form entry school that take all children, from all backgrounds, with all needs. We have a higher than average number of children with additional needs, and we therefore offer a high level of support, both in school and outside on the playground. We have a very established, and highly skilled staff team, who offer support to each other. We are also a ‘Thrive’ school, which is an approach to support children’s emotional and social development. At our heart are our values of brave, kind, encouraging, challenging, thankful and thoughtful.

The Governors wish to appoint two lunchtime supervisors to work with us to support our children at lunchtimes. This would be both in the school hall - whilst the children are eating their lunch, and also outside - when they are playing. We are a Christian school, so we expect our staff to support our Christian ethos and values. We are looking for kind, positive, caring and enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate the ability to offer a high level of care.
