Area Manager - Children's Residential Services
Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of Registered Managers and support staff across multiple residential properties.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing children's residential services.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of up to 5 residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
Support and mentor Registered Managers, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for children and young people.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential services.
A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
Competitive salary package ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
